Good News. prices on new homes has stabilized. The supply chain you have heard so much about is fixed. There are still delays on certain items, but that happens all the time. The fact is, prices never go down do they? Isn't that how inflation works? But we are able to price a new custom home and lock that price in for you for the length of the build with out any escalation right now. I do not know how long it will last, but wanted to update everyone this morning.
