Sure, everyone says they are selling a bunch of homes to create fake demand, but is is true. Sales at Whitestone Homes is robust!  We get a national report from the Zelman companies that track private builders all over the country. Every metric shows builders sales are exceeding everyone's expectations. Many builder said it feels like Spring, our hottest time. 

Prices don't go down. Every trade and vendors wants more money and we have to charge more to make money ourselves and stay in business. Don't wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait as the old saying goes.
